It’s a small vineyard farm in Montalcino. The buildings are divided into two bodies Casale and cellar.
The Casale is a typical tuscan farmhouse on two levels with the function of main house. The cellar, recently built is also on two levels including a basement for storage of the wines, while the overlying floor is used as offices and tasting room. In the basement, there is a portion of a building currently used as garage equipment and agricultural equipment that is already set up both structurally to expand the cellar area.
The vines are placed around the buildings, in one body for about five hectares.
The company is equipped with all necessary equipment, both of which country in the cellar.
The location is great, on the hill of Montosoli, the south-east of Montalcino, just below the Old Town which is just five minutes, widely considered to be one of the best areas for the production of Vino Sangiovese, thanks to a unique microclimate.
