Prices down in Rome. In the center it is hunting for apartments for the Jubilee
House prices in the capital are falling.  Tecnocasa  says that has issued the market price of the first half of 2015. Compared to the second half of 2015 the decrease was 2.1%. To hold  is the central areas thanks to growing demand supported both first house is of residential accommodation in B & B or holiday home, also in view of the coming Jubilee. “The same motivation,” says Tecnocasa, “is leading investors to buy in other historic areas of the capital such as those close to the Vatican and other sights of the city. For the moment the reform of the Land Registry had no effect on buyers but cases have been reported of people who have decided to sell due to the increase in taxation.”
Among the main areas that have reported falling prices stronger with 3.1% are Policlinico-Pietralata and Cassia Torrevecchia. The Tiburtina district is waiting for the completion of the new building of BNL could have a positive impact on the area in terms of purchase orders and trades. They suffer homes located to outlying suburbs where the conspicuous offer, due to the many new buildings in recent years, has led to a decreasing values. A discreet trend is featuring the neighborhoods of  Villa Ada macro-Montesacro, affected by the passage of the new metro B1.

The area has been affected by the arrival of Centocelle metro “C” serving area near the Prenestina and Casilina, although at the time the survey was operating only the stretch from Pantano to Centocelle and what connects this area with square Lodi opened only in June. This has led to increased demand for real estate in the area but no effect on prices. In particular, it is finding some interest by young people who can find more affordable compared to other areas of Rome.
